Your wedding day is one of the most important days of your life. This is the day where you and your significant other unite and become one. Planning for your big day can be stressful, especially when trying to find a friendly, experienced wedding photographer that is well within your budget.
But look no further! Here at Royal Palms Photography, we treat you like family and are right there with you every step of the way! Our goal is to help capture these special moments for you so that it is one less thing for you to worry about! We offer affordable and customizable packages to best fit your photography needs and have payment plans available.

The Process
1. Phone Consultation
After you have reviewed our portfolio and submitted an inquiry form through our website, we will reach out to you to set up a convenient time to chat over the phone to get a better understanding of what you are looking for out of your photography services! During this time, we will also get to know one another a little bit more.
2. Review & Sign Contract
Following our phone conversation, we will send over a contract and invoice if you decide to move forward with our photography services!
We do require a $500 USD nonrefundable retainer with a contract in order to reserve your date! Once the retainer is paid and contract is signed, your date is officially blocked off on our calendar from any other requests!
3. Answer Client Questionnaire
A few months prior to your wedding, we will send out a Client Questionnaire to gather some important information regarding your big day. This will help us set up a Photo List and help time everything in accordance with your Wedding Day Timeline.
It also helps us learn of any surprises or important things that you would like to have captured prior to your big day as we want to ensure that not a moment is missed!
4. Open Communication
Here at Royal Palms Photography, we believe that open communication is the most important thing no matter what! We apply this concept with each and every one of our clients and are available to chat and answer any questions or concerns that they may have regarding their big day! We are here for you every step of the way!
5. Your Wedding Day
This is the day that we all have been waiting for!
Where you and your Soon-To-Be exchange your vows and say "I Do's". Where two families unite and become one. This is one of the biggest days of your life and we are honored to be able to help capture every moment!
We will arrive 15-30 minutes prior to your photography service start time to start setting up our equipment and introduce ourselves to the wedding party. Services will be provided as agreed upon within the signed contract.
6. Sneak Peeks
We all know how exciting it is to be able to view your Wedding Photos and we are excited to share them with you! Within 48-72 Hours following your Wedding day, you will receive a link to your Private High-Res Gallery to view your sneak peeks.
We provide 5-10 edited images in your sneak peeks while we work hard at completing the rest of your gallery!
7. Final Gallery
The time has come- Your photos are ready to be viewed! Yay!
Depending on the package that you go with that fits your Photography Coverage needs, each package has its own specific turnaround time! We will go over everything with you during our initial phone conversation and inform you of the expected turnaround time. This can also be found on your contract as well!
